Which events can I purchase half-price tickets for?
The events available for half-price change daily, depending on availability from producers. The shows available each day can be viewed online or by calling the Info Line at 604-684-2787 after 10:00 a.m. Tickets are sold on a first come, first served basis in person at Tickets Tonight.

Which events can I purchase advance tickets for?
Tickets Tonight is an authorised Ticketmaster outlet, therefore all venues and events registered with Ticketmaster can be sold by Tickets Tonight. Independent box offices also choose to make their tickets available to Tickets Tonight. We work with local producers to ensure the broadest possible range of events is available. If for some reason Tickets Tonight does not have tickets available, we will assist the customer in purchasing directly from the producer.

What is Tickets Tonight's refund policy?
Refunds are made only if an event is cancelled. Refunds are subject to the policy of the venue or producer of the event, and are net of all transaction fees.

If I purchase online, how do I get my tickets?
Online sales are concluded with the printing of a unique voucher. Redemption instructions are on the voucher and usually involve exchanging the paper voucher for a ticket at the venue box office. Identification will be required.

What happens if I lose my voucher?
Event producers have a list of all tickets sold. Go to the venue box office and give your name. You will be asked to provide additional information to verify you are the purchaser of the ticket. Identification will be required.

How safe is my information if I purchase online?
Tickets Tonight uses a Calgary-based company, RepeatSeat Inc., to transact sales on our web site. Secure Server Software is used to protect the privacy of each user and ensure all transmitted information is stored in a safe and secure manner.
